Rick Neely joined CREM Management in 2023. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the property management arena with over a decade of experience.

Rick is known for consistent Gross Potential Rent growth within his portfolio of properties. Well versed in evolving market conditions, Rick's focus is balanced between our valued clients, residents and business owners.

Native to Los Angeles, Rick is a curator and contributor to the Malibu guitar festival. He has taken a personal interest in cultivating programs for theatrical development at USC's Ray Stark Family Theatre as recently as 2023. A self proclaimed humanitarian, he has worked to help inner city children through Voices of Tomorrow, and received special congressional recognition by the United States Congress in 2004 for outstanding and invaluable service to the community. Rick brings with him that same tenacity to CREM Management.
