Cari Wright joined CREM Management in May 2025 as Property Bookkeeper, bringing with her more than a decade of accounting experience, including a strong background in property management finance. Cari plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of CREM Management’s growing portfolio, working closely with Senior Property Manager Gabriela Guerra and Controller Ben Day to ensure accurate reporting, smooth operations, and sound financial stewardship.

With prior roles spanning property management, media, retail, and nonprofit sectors, Cari has cultivated deep expertise in accounts payable/receivable, month-end close processes, financial reconciliations, and vendor relations. Her analytical mindset, organizational skill, and collaborative approach make her an essential member of the CREM Management team as the firm expands its operations across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura Counties.

Cari holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lipscomb University and a B.S. in Data Processing and Quantitative Analysis from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring new places, and staying connected to her community.
